`BAHUTVA` MAHATVA FLOATS ? HAMSALEKHA DILKUSH!

Smiling ever the long lasting rage creator in Kannada film music Hamsalekha is now hoping for a permanent stamp of his ‘Desi’ style of teaching music, theatre activities etc in his ‘Hamsalekha Desi College’.

The rapid growth of Hamsalekha Desi college from 2001 is saluted by many stalwarts his urge in doing something for this society.

‘Bahutva’ creative center was inaugurated by dream merchant of Kannada cinema V Ravichandran, ace singer Smt Chitra and secretary to Kannada and culture Basavaraju. The Minister of Kannada and culture plus Irrigation joined the event later at the recording room.

After inauguration of Sri Kaara by V Ravichandran, Om Kaara by Smt Chitra and Tenkaara by Basavaraju it was ‘Guru Vandana’ from the students of Hamsalekha Desi College, it was Hamsadananada Baduku….one of the lines in the second song Panchabutha Srushti…..

The place is small but dream is thousands. In the 2013 batch we want to sponsor OBC students and prepare 150 of them with all facilities. There is ‘Riyaz Ranga’ here to practice, discuss and derive. This is Srujana Kriya Kendra expressed Hamsalekha and presented a memorandum to the government of Karnataka explaining the facts that need at least Rs.3.75 crores of grant from government of Karnataka out of 11.75 crores spent annually.

Minister of Kannada and culture Govinda Karajola expressing happiness promised to look in to the aspect of grant for running this model institution. Secretary of Kannada culture Basavaraju also felt that it would be discussed at the ministerial level.

Rockline Venkatesh looking at the interest and involvement of Hamsalekha informed that he is the real ‘Yajamana’ of music. He urged for the government to give all possible grant for him.
